Absolutely fantastic service from Karl. We have had our blinds installed since 2018 and had an issue with one of the blinds not rolling up. One quick phone call to Karl and he popped out to to check the blind and fixed it on the spot. Couldn’t talk highly enough of the after sales service.

We have had nothing but compliments from our friends as they just look so classy! The way we can open and shut them in sections definitely does the job on our deck. Have just had plantation shutters installed in three bedrooms by BSA, as well as linen curtains in the Master.
