I found Karl to be very professional and open to competitive quoting. The installation was quick and they were very tidy. Karl even helped with an existing blind door issue. I did a have a small problem with one of the blinds raising up and the company were quick to respond and fix the problem. Great customer care and support.

I was referred to BSA Direct from a family member and can only give positive feedback for this company.From initial meeting to job completion, I felt very confident that I had chosen a good company. We wanted a cost-effective outdoor blind for our patio. We engaged with more than a few suppliers to obtain quotes as part of the research and learning process. We met with Karl, and he was attentive to what we had in mind. He offered us different product options objectively, ultimately tailoring the best choice that met our requirements for the area. We built a new house and installed all blinds and curtains with BSA Direct, also they did an outdoor Zipscreen for our alfresco. The quality of products and installation are just perfect. Karl is doing a great job as a sales representative, helping with choice of colours, etc. Scott is a highly skilled professional in installation, we have been very impressed with his job. The communication was amazing - every step was explained, messaged and followed up, thanks to both Karl and Melissa. Timeframes were very important, as we lived in a house with naked windows, and they did it all fairly quickly for us. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Karl and Melissa at BSA highly enough! Every step of the process from measure and quote to delivery and installation was seamless. Their customer service and quality of product are second to none. We have gone back to them time and again and have always been more than happy - from roller blinds, blockout curtains and sheers, to aluminium louvers and zipscreen outdoor blinds. Five stars!
