I’m very happy with my new shutters. The process of calling, quoting, accepting and installation was smooth and trouble free. I had shutters installed on all windows of my house and I think they look fantastic. Very nicely installed. No gaps and appear to be good quality. So much more stylish and easier to open than my previous roller blinds.

Absolutely fantastic. Service was definitely 5 star all the way. Every contact was professional, honest and a pleasure. Karl and Mel were great. Prompt and easy communication. Karl even returned at very short notice when I was unsure of my selection and spent time taking me through the options again without rushing me. They are friendly, reliable and best of all honest. The fitting by Scott was seamless. Given the level of service I expected the cost to be higher than the big companies and it wasn’t. Highly recommend BSA for products, service and value. I will definitely use again.
