We wanted a cost-effective outdoor blind for our patio. We engaged with more than a few suppliers to obtain quotes as part of the research and learning process. We met with Karl, and he was attentive to what we had in mind. He offered us different product options objectively, ultimately tailoring the best choice that met our requirements for the area. We built a new house and installed all blinds and curtains with BSA Direct, also they did an outdoor Zipscreen for our alfresco. The quality of products and installation are just perfect. Karl is doing a great job as a sales representative, helping with choice of colours, etc. Scott is a highly skilled professional in installation, we have been very impressed with his job. The communication was amazing - every step was explained, messaged and followed up, thanks to both Karl and Melissa. Timeframes were very important, as we lived in a house with naked windows, and they did it all fairly quickly for us. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Karl and Melissa at BSA highly enough! Every step of the process from measure and quote to delivery and installation was seamless. Their customer service and quality of product are second to none. We have gone back to them time and again and have always been more than happy - from roller blinds, blockout curtains and sheers, to aluminium louvers and zipscreen outdoor blinds. Five stars!

The guys at BSA installed 2 blinds for us. A 6.0 m powered awning and a manual blind on a bedroom. They did a great job on both blinds and we couldn't be happier with their service!
