We built a new house and installed all blinds and curtains with BSA Direct, also they did an outdoor Zipscreen for our alfresco. The quality of products and installation are just perfect. Karl is doing a great job as a sales representative, helping with choice of colours, etc. Scott is a highly skilled professional in installation, we have been very impressed with his job. The communication was amazing - every step was explained, messaged and followed up, thanks to both Karl and Melissa. Timeframes were very important, as we lived in a house with naked windows, and they did it all fairly quickly for us. Highly recommend!
