I found Karl to be very professional and open to competitive quoting. The installation was quick and they were very tidy. Karl even helped with an existing blind door issue. I did a have a small problem with one of the blinds raising up and the company were quick to respond and fix the problem. Great customer care and support.

I was referred to BSA Direct from a family member and can only give positive feedback for this company. From initial meeting to job completion, I felt very confident that I had chosen a good company. I had sheer curtains installed in my lounge and external flyscreen blinds on my back patio, and the finished job looks stunning. The work was carried out in a professional manner, and the team cleaned up any debris before leaving.Definitely would recommend Blinds Shutters Awnings Direct to anyone looking for these products

BSA Direct were an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the initial home consultation to the finished blind fittings, the service was stellar, Scotty the installer was a curtain surgeon and even vacuumed the floor spotless around the working areas and Mel kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Really impressed with the team at BSA Direct. Came out to quote, didn't chase after the quote. (Really appreciated that) Once we finally got round to sorting out, came out again to double check a few detail changes no issues. Installer super professional and polite. Really stoked with the final finish, great attention to detail, well worth it! Thanks heaps!

We wanted a cost-effective outdoor blind for our patio. We engaged with more than a few suppliers to obtain quotes as part of the research and learning process. We met with Karl, and he was attentive to what we had in mind. He offered us different product options objectively, ultimately tailoring the best choice that met our requirements for the area. What particularly stood out for us was that BSA Direct was the only one who took a precise measurement to ensure that the blinds would be installed level. This gave us strong assurance that the installation would go well — and it did! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and we would highly recommend BSA Direct without hesitation. Thanking Karl, Scott & Melissa.

We built a new house and installed all blinds and curtains with BSA Direct, also they did an outdoor Zipscreen for our alfresco. The quality of products and installation are just perfect. Karl is doing a great job as a sales representative, helping with choice of colours, etc. Scott is a highly skilled professional in installation, we have been very impressed with his job. The communication was amazing - every step was explained, messaged and followed up, thanks to both Karl and Melissa. Timeframes were very important, as we lived in a house with naked windows, and they did it all fairly quickly for us. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Karl and Melissa at BSA highly enough! Every step of the process from measure and quote to delivery and installation was seamless. Their customer service and quality of product are second to none. We have gone back to them time and again and have always been more than happy - from roller blinds, blockout curtains and sheers, to aluminium louvers and zipscreen outdoor blinds. Five stars!

From measuring to fitting our experience was excellent. Love our new blinds. We chose dual blinds for privacy and filtered light during the day and then block out for night time. Thank you BSA
